Sustainability Statements for commercial buildings are now a requirement with many local authorities. The statement takes a holistic view of the building development in terms of sustainable issues such as:

- Renewable Energy

- Water usage.

- Drainage.

- Ecology.

- Transport.

- Pollution.

The Sustainability Statement is generally required at the Planning Stage and is submitted to Building Control in order for them to assess the level of sustainability within the scheme.

The requirement extends to all non-domestic building developments and requires a comprehensive analysis of the development.

UK Accreditation can provide a fully tailored Sustainability Statement for any new or existing development.
